Was hoping it would let me put 0 stars, but for the sake of the review I have to leave one. If you value your time, money, or vehicle I would recommend looking elsewhere. Zambranos was one of the approved shops through my warranty company, unfamiliar with their work I called to make sure they would be able to do the job(Timing chain) which they assured me they could. I dropped my car off at the end of January 2025. After endless phone calls for updates(Usually ignored) check ups through the warranty company and an egregious amount of patience I have just picked my car up today, April 2025 without a hint of work done to it, a dead battery, and a rusted rotor. Any update I got was from me calling, not a single time did the shop reach out to me. Usually with contradicting stories each time I called. “The warranty company approved”, “We are waiting for the warranty company to approve”, “We’ve started working on your car”, “We’ll start your car as soon as we finish this one” and so on and so forth. The past two weeks from this review they just stopped answering my calls altogether, and I was only able to get in touch with them from wife’s phone, whose number they hadn’t memorized. T

Zambranos was a breath of fresh air after dealing with the tire place I was at yesterday. The customer service was great from beginning to end. I called and Jonatan picked up and answered questions I had about my car and told me I could come in right away to get a wheel alignment. I was greeted upon entering and was met by Johnathan and Martha. They took my keys and told me it would be an hour or so. This worked out perfectly because I was hungry and went to eat up the street. After eating I came back and waited briefly and Jonatan told me everything was good to go and how bad my alignment was lol. Martha educated me on the importance of getting wheel alignment and when to. I will be using them for future work on my car. Great business.
